Just a quick note to anyone who may have tried to contact me via email today that I did not receive your message.  I have been in the midst of a move and somehow messages sent while the email change was occuring seem to be lost in cyberspace.  So I am not ignoring you LOL … please, if you did send a session inquiry or other message drop me another line and I will be happy to get back to you right away .

Its been a while since I blogged and have been busy getting things ready to lauch for 2008 and starting back to sessions after my maternity leave.  Things are looking so exciting already for 2008 with spring and summer sessions bookings well under way!  I know its been talked about for a while but the launch of my new website is just around the corner and I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am to show you all the new look for Meghan Liddle Photography.  So keep your eyes peeled for that!!

This little guy (or should I say big guy … weighing in at almost 11 pounds at birth!!) just did not want to sleep for his newborn session.  But like I always say with newborn sessions you never do know what you will get and he was such a superstar even wide awake .

As promised today is the day I announce the winner of my warm your heart contest!!!  First I would like to thank you all for your votes … they sure flooded in and an even bigger thanks for all the beautiful compliments on my work.  I enjoy doing what I do so very much and I love it when it moves someone … I honestly feel so very blessed to capture such beautiful moments in peoples lives.

Well the response for the warm your heart contest has been amazing … and the votes just keep pouring in!!!  It has been so much fun seeing which images warm your heart ~ especially while we get blasted with all of this snow today!  Just remember votes will be accepted until Sunday February 3rd at midnight and the winner will be announced on Monday once the votes are tallied .

Also be sure you stayed tuned for our next fun filled contest … this one will have a different spin on it all together.  Anyone who has welcomed a new baby into their lives while I have been on maternity leave (so between October 15th 2007 and February 1st 2008) will have a chance to enter.  So make sure you have a cute snapshot handy of your little one and stay tuned for more …
